4. 责任限制 4.1 尽管NEU 小站会对用户投稿资源进行必要检查，但本站不对投稿资源的准确性、合法性或内容质量承担责任。

||
4.2 如第三方就投稿内容提出侵权索赔，投稿人应负责解决所有相关争议并承担可能产生的法律责任。

5. 协议修改与解释 5.1 NEU 小站保留随时修改本协议内容的权利，修改后的协议效力自公布之日起生效。

5.2 若投稿人不同意协议的修改，有权停止投稿并要求删除已投稿的资源。
